Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On November 28, HR Department and Secretariat of ANAS Presidium held joint seminar-workshop with participation of cadres departments and clerical workers of scientific institutions and organizations of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

Speaking at the event, Rzagulu Hajiyev, Head of Human Resources Department of the Presidium of ANAS, made a report on the internal discipline rules of the Academy of Sciences adopted in order to ensure efficient management of scientific management in the scientific institutions and organizations of the Academy, to strengthen the control over labor discipline and performance discipline, made.

In his speech, he emphasized the issue of attendance at work is at the attention of ANAS leadership. According to Articles 102 and 182 of the Labor Code, academician Akif Alizadeh signed an order to ensure the recording of working hours on November 23, 2018 in order to eliminate some deficiencies in this direction.

The head of the department noted that according to the decree, responsible official should be identified in order to control the attendance of employees in scientific institutions and organizations.

He later demonstrated the procedure for compiling the "Attendance sheet template".

Speaking at the meeting, deputy director of the ANAS Office of Administration Sardar Aliyev said that he was entrusted with the body representing the control of the rules of the registration of the sign. He noted that officials engaged in this field should learn relevant legislation, as well as the Labor Code.

Then the head of the Secretariat of the Presidium of ANAS, Raksana Azizova, made a report on the procedures for submitting reports on the tasks and activities of the Academy's scientific institutions and organizations approved by the Presidential Decree of June 23, 2016.

She reminded that the Order was signed by the head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev on October 21, 2016 for the execution of paragraph 2.10 of the mentioned rule. In addition, she said that according to this document, the President of ANAS signed an order on March 2, 2018.

She said that according to the decree of the President of ANAS, the annual report form of citizens' appeals should be filled and submitted to the Secretariat together with the electronic version until December 20.
