Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

By the decision of ANAS Academic Council of the Institute of Linguistics after Nasimi  published the book "Last Turkic Alphabet" by Abdulla Bey Efendizadeh Azagbayli was publeshed. The book was prepared for publication by the leading researcher of the institute, Ph.D in Philology, Associate Professor Shalala Ana Hummatli. The scientific editor of the publication is Mohsun Naghisoylu, the reviewers are Sayali Sadigova and Ismayil Kazimov.

The book presents the work on "Last Turkic Alphabet", published in Baku in 1919 by a deputy of the Parliament of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, a talented poet and translator by Abdulla Bey Efendizadeh Azagbayli.
