Institute of Law and Human Rights of ANAS held a presentation ceremony of awarding medals and certificates named after "Professor Rovshan Mustafayev".
This award was founded by Institute of Law and Human Rights the International Foundation named after Professor R.Mustafayev. The award is presented annually to scholars who conduct researches on Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and bring the truth about the conflict to the world community with the correct, irrefutable facts.
R.Mustafayev was the founder and the first non-governmental scientific-research intellectual center in Azerbaijan - the Azerbaijan State Building and International Relations Institute, as well as organizer and the first director of Scientific Research Institute on Human Rights in 1998, Director of the institute, Doctor of Law Ayten Mustafazadeh.
Later he presented the awards to the owners.
A. Mustafazadeh submitted the Medal and Certificate of "Professor Rovshan Mustafayev" for the efficient service of to prove their fraudulent and terrorist policies of Armenians and for representing Azerbaijan properly in the international arena, to Doctor of Law Ramin Gurbanov, and Researcher Schalala Hasanova.
R.Gurbanov, who conducts research on various fields of law in research centers in a number of countries, has played important role in the creation of important systems such as "electronic court" and "electronic execution", as well as with the Council of Europe scientists in the preparation of scientific publications.
Sh.Hasanova carried researches in Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and properly conveyed to the international community, disclosure of criminal activities aimed at falsifying, aging and self-aggression of Armenians in the Caucasian region and etc. She is an author of documentary films about the Armenian terrorism and genocide committed by Armenians for more than a hundred years, forming an integral part of international terrorism.
