Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The first meeting of Presidium of ANAS Nakhchivan Division was held this year.

The event was opened by the chairman of the department, academician Ismayil Hajiyev and announced the plans of the Presidium and scientific-research institutions for 2019. I. Hajiyev gave relevant directives and recommendations to the directors of institutes to increase the scientific efficiency of the researches.

Then, the work plan and themes consisting of 40 items were discussed and approved by the Presidium.

The meeting also addressed the order of academician Akif Alizadeh "On keeping record of work time in scientific institutions and organizations of ANAS". The chief of the Department of Finance-Economics and Accounting, Hanifa Hanifayev, told about the issues arising from this decree.

At the end a number of current issues were considered.
