Writer Reyhan Mirzazadeh’s "Aleksandr Sergeyevich Griboyedov: poet-diplomat" book was discussed at Nakhchivan Division of ANAS.

The event was held on August 28, 2017 by the order of the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic "On the list of books which are necessary to read".

The chairman of the department, academician Ismayil Hajiyev informed about the life and creativity of the prominent poet of the 19th century Russian people, prominent diplomat Alexander Griboyedov. He noted that during his diplomatic career, Alexander Griboyedov paid deep respect to the East and Azerbaijan.

Later on, the leading scientific worker of the Institute of History, Ethnography and Archeology of the division Musa Guliyev's "Alexander Griboyedov's diplomatic activity" and the department chief of the Institute of Art, Language and Literature, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Ramiz Gasimov's "Artistic Creativity of Alexander Griboyedov" report was listened.

At the end, questions on the reports were answered.
