Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

A new book entitled “Demographic aging of the population in Azerbaijan: challenges, characteristics and consequences” co-authored by the Chief Researcher of the Department of ANAS Institute of Economy, PhD in Economy, Associate Professor Rufat Efendiyev and student of the Moscow State University after M.V.Lomonosov Laman Mutalibova has been published.

The work, published in Russian in Latvia is devoted to the actual problem - the demographic aging of the population. The authors have studied the essence, the current state and the dynamics of the development of this issue.

The book is intended for demographers, sociologists and economists.
