A scientific seminar on "Modern research directions of legal science" was held at the Institute of Law and Human Rights of ANAS.

The seminar was opened by the director of the institute, doctor of law sciences, professor Ayten Mustafazadeh and said that new scientific directions emerged as a result of rapid development of the world.

A.Mustafazadeh noted that the right to medical care has been shaped as an independent field in modern times and that it already has a subject of regulation, underlining the necessity of improving the legislation in this direction.

The scientist also said that the institute is conducting research on artificial intelligence, cyber-security, Internet security, which is one of the urgent problems of the modern era, and will be prepared and submitted to the Milli Majlis.

Leading researcher Nigar Aghakishiyeva’s report on "Palliative Aid Law", Doctor of Law, Aykhan Rustamzadeh's "Practice of Medical Practice", and Leading Researcher have been listened. The reports focused on civil and material liability for the violation of the rights of patients, provision of medical and social services to unhealthy patients, and the danger of unmanned aerial vehicles to people's lives.

In the end, discussions were held on the reports and recommendations were made.
