Textbook by head of Department of Cataloging, Research and Publication of Manuscript Fund of ANAS Nakhchivan Division, PhD in Philosophy, associate professor Sabuhi Ibrahimov "Library and Library Culture Created by the Nakhchivan Environment" published.

The book dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, describes in detail the prospects for the creation and development of monuments of book and library culture created by the Nakhchivan environment. The necessity of their creation, rich features and the work of the authors of books, calligraphy, miniature artists, ornaments and works of masters of art are investigated.

The publication provides information on the activities of palaces, mosques, madrassas, schools and other libraries, as well as personal libraries of prominent people formed at different historical stages.
