Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Institute of Manuscripts of ANAS named after Muhammad Fuzuli has held a workshop on the use of “Web of Science” database, organized by the US Clarivate Analytics Co.

The workshop, which brought together academics, doctoral students and dissertators, was opened by Valeriya Kurmakayeva, an expert on scientific information resources and Ph.D. in Linguistics, who informed about journals of humanities in the database, rules of using them, selection terms, including impact factor journals, citation rating, fighting “predatory” journals, etc. and shared her experience with the participants.
