An open distance lesson on "Modern problems of biology" was organized for master students of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (IMBB) of ANAS.

The open lesson on topic "Genetic and other bases of biological aging and cancer" conducted by the head laboratory of the institute, corresponding member of ANAS Ilham Shahmuradov has brought to attention the latest scientific innovations on the ways of genomic regulation of aging and olding, relation of age and cancer on the genetic level etc.

Vice-president of ANAS, director of the institute academician Irada Huseynova, head of the Office of Science and Education of the Presidium of ANAS, PhD in Economics Fail Kazimov and head of the Master's Department, PhD in Agrarian Sciences Fikret Feyziyev also attended the lesson.
