Chief of Law and Human Resources Department  of ANAS Presidium Administration, PhD in law Rasim Agasiev, head of Human Resources Division of the same department, PhD in engineering Dilgusha Mirzayeva and head of the Division of Legislation Maintenance Aygun Arifli visited the Nakhchivan Department of ANAS.

With this purpose chairman of Branch, acad. Ismayil Hajiyev held scientific-practical seminar on May 14.

Making speech on significance of the seminar, acad. Ismayil Hajiyev thanked to ANAS president acad. Akif Alizadeh and associates of Law and Human Resources Department for their initiative.

Chief of Law and Human Resources Department of ANAS Presidium Administration, PhD in law Rasim Agasiev drew attention to the “Guidance on conducting clerical work in the governmental authorities, organizations and ventures” approved by AR President's decree dated September 27, 2003. In addition, brought to mind "On Amendments to the Labor Code of the Azerbaijan Republic" dated December 27, 2013, Presidential Decree dated February 3, 2014 on application of this law, as well as the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers adopted June 6, 2014 in connection with execution of this decision. R. Agasiyev stressed out the necessity of signing new labor contracts with employees in accordance of above-mentioned normative legal acts, and registering these notifications to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection in electronic information system in electronic form.
