May 20, Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS held scientific-practical seminar with the participation of Deputy Head of the Law and Human Resources Department of the ANAS Presidium Administration Rzagulu Hajiyev, deputy head of Legal maintenance division Anar Aliyev, senior HR specialist PhD in philology Aynura Mahmudova.

The aim of the workshop was to provide guidance and practical help in the documentation, in accordance with the approved by Presidential Decree dated September 27, 2003 "Instruction on conducting clerical work in state bodies, organizations and institutions," making changes to the Labor Code in accordance with the Decree of the President of the December 27, 2013, as well as documentation in the field of staff.

In the event director of SSRC, PhD in physical and mathematical sciences Yusif Shukurlu stressed the importance of scientific and practical seminar and thanked the president of ANAS, academician Akif Alizadeh and employees of Law and Human Resources Department of the ANAS Presidium Administration.

Next Rzagulu Hajiyev informed about the results of investigations and audits noted gaps and weaknesses. Speaking about the challenges ahead, Hajiyev wished success to the staff of center and responded their questions.
