Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Grandiose ceremony devoted to 140th anniversary of National press co-organized by Kurdamir region Executive Power and ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature Aran Regional department, was held on July 22.

In the event which took place at Heydar Aliyev Center, chief of Aran Regional department, PhD in philology Yagut Bahadurgizi briefly glanced at honorable way of Azerbaijan national press and stated that, national press was herald of truth at any times and played vital role in enlightening of people and promoting of national-global values.

Moreover, researcher of the department Tofig Abdullayev delivered a lecture on “State care for national press”, member of Aran literary association, poet Abdulaziz Huseynov on “Our press and national-moral values”.

In closing, head deputy of Kurdamir region Exectuvie Power Vasila Askerli spoke about duties of press, data ware of achievements obtained in the development of regions.
