At the appeal of Innovation department of the Presidium of ANAS, the latter hosted the workshop with associates of the Program Administration Office of AR Ministry of Economy and Industry (MEI).

Workshop provided information on the institutional building tools of TWINNING, TAIEX and SIGMA, which was offered by EU to the governmental bodies of Azerbaijan. Aytekin Guluzadeh, Senior advisor at MEI Department for Cooperation with International organizations, Sector in cooperation with the European Union, and leading advisor Ulviye Veliyeva brought to mind of attendees data on ongoing tools, state-of-the-art opportunities, in addition, the rules applying to take advantage of them and several vital practical knowledge.

Later on, head department of Foreign relations and innovation at ANAS Institute of Control Systems, national coordinator of “HORIZON-2020” Framework Program Tofig Babayev delivered a report on another support tool of the EU, "HORIZON-2020”.

Deputy Chief of Support to Institution Building Activities in Azerbaijan (SIBA) Natavan Aslanova attended the workshop and responded the questions on the related topic as well.
