ANAS Presidium hosted a next seminar of Department Law and Human Resources.

The event was opened by the Head of ANAS Department Law and Human Resources, PhD in law Rasim Agasiev.

Acquainted the participants of the seminar with agenda issues Rasim Agasiyev first of all raised the questions connected with the resolution of ANAS Presidium dated from April 15, 2015, # 9/7 on "Application of the changes made in the labor legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic at ANAS scientific institutions", which is based on the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "About modification of the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and Decree of the President on application of this Law and also the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers # 183.

In the report "A state of affairs on implementation of requirements of the labor legislation at ANAS scientific institutions" R.Agasiev noted that, in the above decision were reflected items such as improving the efficiency of the regulation of activities of the Academy, regulatory legal acts of the legislative framework and to prevent legal violations etc.

The speaker acquainted attendees with a number of issues in the sphere of personnel administration at ANAS scientific institutions, and also with a situation on implementation of the above-mentioned resolution. Agasiyev noted that, at the scientific institutions of ANAS all requirements of the existing legislation in the field of the organization of personnel administration are fulfilled. Department of Law and Human Resources in all the affairs and the realized projects is guided by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, articles of the Labour Code of Republic of the Azerbaijan and resolutions and orders of the ANAS President, Academician Akif Alizadeh.

Then the Deputy Head of Department of Law and Human Resources Rzagulu Hajiyev delivered a paper on the implementation of the decision of ANAS Presidium dated from April 15, 2015 # 9/7. R. Hajiyev emphasized that,in the decision of issues coming from resolution is important to consider timing of execution of documents, for the stability and permanence of employment necessary to properly fill out a table of information on the movement of personnel, in which should contain full information about it.

Head of Department of Law and Human Resources, PhD in technical sciences Dilgusha Mirzayeva spoke about registration and explanation of information on movement of personnal in the labor legislation. She acquainted the participants with the articles that need to be taken into account when fixing the details.

At the event were responded questions of the employees who faced in their institutions with the mentioned problems and also necessary recommendations and advice was given.
