Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On December 16, scientist from Cairo University, chief of Egyptian Ministry of Culture department of Publishing and editorial Abdurrahman Al-Hijazi visited Institute of Oriental Studies. Egyptian scientist was accompanied by chief of Egypt Culture Center to Azerbaijan Ahmad Sami Elaydi.

In advance, A.Al-Hijazi met with director of the Institute corresponding member of ANAS Govhar Bakhshaliyeva. The guest was informed about literary-scientific ties of Azerbaijan-Egypt, discussed cooperation prospects. Al Hijazi stated his willingness to publish the studies held in the institute on Arabian literature in his country.

Later on, Abdurrehman Al-Hijazi met Arabian studier-scientists of the institute and carried out exchange of views.
