Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Report of the Institute of Scientific Information Agency “Thomson Reuters“ was published in 2015. Located in the city of Philadelphia, U.S the agency considered the most prestigious scientific evaluation system in the world.

In a separate section of the report is published the rating list of scientific journals in the world.

In this list, our country is represents the only scientific publication - “Applied and Computational Mathematics“ journal.

This journal issued by support of AR Ministry of Communications and High Technologies which impact-factor according to the last rating list of Thomson Reuters Agency has increased to 0,717 in space of the CIS is included in the first three, and on the East European region - in the first five. This fact means the recognition and acceptance of Azerbaijani science in the world.

Let us remind, that the journal “Applied and Computational Mathematics“, established by the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies, ANAS and the Research Institute of Applied Mathematics of the Baku State University is published since 2002.

The structure of editorial board has been involved well-known scientists, representing almost 20 countries.

The latest scientific results received in the actual directions of modern theoretical and applied mathematics are published in the magazine issued three times a year.
