Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Chief of Climate and agro-climatology department of the Institute of Geography named after Academician H.A.Aliyev, PhD in Geography Khayyam Rahimov was awarded the gold medal “Best patriot researcher-scientist”.

Scientist awarded this Prize for merits in preservation of national and spiritual values, the development of geographical science in the country, training of young scientists, successful research work in the field of agro-climatic conditions of perennial plants, the impact of weather conditions on the quality of products, numerous scientific and journalistic publications and the formation of young people patriotism.
