Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

With the purpose to increase the efficiency of long-termed collaboration between Sumgayit State University (SSU) and ANAS Institute of Polymer Materials (IPM), Science and Education Center has been created at the ANAS Institute of Polymer Materials

Rector of the university Prof. Elkhan Huseynov and acting director of IPM, corresponding member of ANAS Bakhtiyar Mammadov opened the event, which was held on this occasion and signed agreement of cooperation.

The aim of establishing this center is to coordinate the educational process with scientific research, strengthen integration of science and education to the production, form practical knowledge, skills and habits necessary of research and professional activities for students and magistrates, industrial and scientific innovations in the fields of chemistry and ecology to be involved in the process of tuition, carry out joint scientific research, universities and research institutes to cooperate in the field of personnel training.
