Next training of Heydar Aliyev’s lectoria was dedicated October 18 - 25th anniversary of restoration of state independence of the Azerbaijan Republic was held in Nakhchivan Department of ANAS.

Lecture on "National Leader Heydar Aliyev and state independence of Azerbaijan" was opened by the Chairman of Nakhchivan Department, Academician Ismayil Hajiyev.

He spoke in detail about the invaluable merits of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the preservation and strengthening of state independence and development, as well as its role in the life, spiritual, political and social life of our nation and state building. He noted that, thanks to the extensive experience of the great leader Heydar Aliyev was re-established and strengthened national independence in the field of governance and statehood.

The event was considered historical path of development of the Azerbaijan state independence after its restoration. It was noted that the current a multi-faceted political strategy, the implementation of a great leader is successfully continued by President Ilham Aliyev.

A comprehensive and dynamic development of our country, significant changes, the progress achieved in foreign policy, global projects undertaken for the benefit of the population confirms that today Azerbaijan is a powerful state. At the lecture hall was delivered the report of the Director of the Institute of History, Ethnography and Archaeology of Nakhchivan Department, corresponding member of ANAS Fakhraddin Safarli on "National Leader Heydar Aliyev and state independence of Azerbaijan". The report analyzed on the basis of the facts to the attention of participants of the event were shared certain moments of the period of Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of Azerbaijan, as well as purposeful activities carried out by great leader Heydar Aliyev in the reconstruction and development of the independent Azerbaijan state.
