Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

ANAS Nakhchivan Deparment hosted a presentation of the monograph "The lexicon of language Huseyn Javid" by researcher of Department of Folklore Studies of the Institute of Art, Language and Literature, PhD in Philology Chinar Rzayeva and the monograph "History of Nakhchivan folklore texts" PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Ekrem Huseynzadeh.

Opening the event, Chairman of Nakhchivan Department, Academician Ismayil Hajiyev highly appreciated the presented monographs. Academician noted the importance of the book, which tells about the language lexicon outstanding representative of Azerbaijani literature, great poet and playwright Huseyn Javid, and the importance of names and words in Nakhchivan folklore texts, which are an integral part of Azerbaijan folklore.

Then were delerivered reports by Director of the Institute of Art, Language and Literature, corresponding member of ANAS Abulfaz Guliyev on "United Turkic language and Huseyn Javid" and head of the Department of Onomastics of the same institute, PhD in Philology Firudin Rzayev on "Folklore of Nakhchivan and our history".

Scientific resercher of the Department of Folklore Studies Elkhan Mammadov and senior researcher of the Department Literary Studies Ali Hashimov, speaking on the reports brought to the attention of the participants on the advantages of both monographs.

For information note that, the monograph "The lexicon of Huseyn Javid language", "History of Nakhchivan folklore texts" wich are shown in "Regular exhibition of new books" of Central Scientific Library of Department.
