Presidium of ANAS held a next seminar-training of the II Special Department. The seminar was dedicated to execution of the Order of ANAS President dated October 18, 2016 "On the status of military registration and reservation of scientific institutions and organizations of ANAS and the preparation of annual reports in this sphere".

The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, State Service on mobilization and conscription for military service and employees engaged in work on military registration and reservation of persons liable for scientific institutions and ANAS organizations.

At the seminar, Head the Special Section II Eldar Guliyev noted that, work on the military registration and reservation of persons liable for scientific institutions and organizations of ANAS are maintained in accordance with the Law "On Military Duty and Military Service" of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He noted the important work carried out at the Academy in this direction and employees of ANAS regularly provided the necessary information on military duty and service.

Chief Consultant of Mobilization Sector of the Ministry of Economy Ulduz Babayeva said that, established a working group in the composition of the Commission on the reservation of labor for the Republic under the Ministry. "The authority of these groups are assigned to the Department of Mobilization Unit of law", - said U.Babayeva, notifying the approval of the regulations about this. It has been said that the list of armored military service of state bodies and organizations have been prepared in consultation with these organizations and submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers. The Working Group has prepared guidelines and registration form for military service, working in local government. She also spoke about the professions and the list of posts for armored military service.

The representative of Public service on mobilization and conscription, Major Jeyhun Aliyev has told about the work which is carried out in the establishment presented to them.It was noted that, in spite of the temporary suspension of the booking control the country is regularly performed work.

He claimed that, the requirements of normative and legal acts carried out in the institutions and organizations at the highest level. He also informed about the upcoming work in 2017 and the issue of digitalization.

At seminars held speech in connection with the military registration and reservation conscripts scientific institutions and ANAS organizations and discussed issues concerning the improvement of reporting rules.
