ANAS Central Scientific Library of Nakhchivan Division held a presentation of the book "On the Road to Independence: the mission of leadership," co-authored by the head of Institute of Art, Language and Literature of Division, PhD in Philology, associate professor Ramiz Gasimov and senior researcher at the Department of Linguistics, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Zulfiya Ismail and the monograph "Representations of translated works in the Nakhchivan Theatre (1883-2013)" a senior researcher of the Department of Music and Theatre of the same institute, PhD in art history, associate professor Alakbar Gasimov.

Opening the event, Director of the Institute of Art, Language and Literature, corresponding member of ANAS Abulfaz Guliyev spoke about the tasks assigned to the scientists to one of the greatest achievements of our nation - the 25th anniversary of the state independence.

The book analyzes the invaluable merits of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the conquest of the state independence of the Azerbaijani people, its role in the strengthening of statehood, determining policy, the concept of development and achievements.

It was noted that, the monograph by a senior researcher of the Department of Music and Theatre, PhD in Art Study Alakbar Gasimov on "Representations of translated works in the Nakhchivan Theatre (1883-2013)", dedicated to the year of multiculturalism in Azerbaijan is is distinguished by its relevance. So, in the new edition in a systematic form of staged studied for 130 years in the Nakhchivan State Musical Drama Theatre of translated works for the first time. The book also tells about the history, the formation of the Nakhchivan Theater, creative ways of development and historical events that took place at different stages of its development.

At the event, Director of the Institute Art, Language and Literature, corresponding member of ANAS Abulfaz Guliyev reported on "Valuable work dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the state independence", Director of Manuscripts Foundation Division Dr. of Philology Farman Khalilov on "New research work on Theatre of Nakhchivan".

Then, concerning reports were listening speeches by head of the Department of Onomastics Art of the Institute of Language and Literature, PhD in Philology, associate professor Firudin Rzayev, leading researcher of the Institute, PhD on art criticism, docent Ali Gahramanov, senior researcher, PhD in philology Ali Hashimov.

In conclusion, the authors expressed their appreciation to participants of the event.
