Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

On February 9, Institute of Law and Human Rights hosted for a presentation ceremony of medal and certificate of “Professor Rovshen Mustafayev” to the famous Russian historian and political analyst Oleg Kuznetsov.

At the presentation ceremony, director of the aforementioned institute Dr. Law Ayten Mustafayeva spoke of usurper bloody crimes committed by Armenians from time to time, and necessity to deliver about to the world community.

Notifying famous politician’s objective position connected with processes ongoing in the South Caucasus, specially Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict, A.Mustafayeva stated that, this issue occupies wide place in articles and interviews of the scientist. “Central Caucasus: retrospective view to a clash of civilizations” bulk of articles by him analyzes evolution of Russian policy and activity in the Caucasus, and offers new geopolitical approach to the Gulustan agreement.

Ayten Mustafayeva stressed the importance of O.Kuznetsov’s book “Transnational Armenian terrorism in the XX century. Historical-criminological research”, which clarifies Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the reasons for the start of Armenian terrorism and the nature of the crimes committed against the civilian population in Azerbaijan.

Underlying his efficient merits in proving Armenians’ fraud and terrorism-related policy, A.Mustafayeva brought to mind awarding well-known scientist the medal and certificate of "Professor Rovshan Mustafayev".

Later on, award was presented to his owner.

Note that, award, established by the Institute of Law and Human Rights and International Foundation on behalf Professor R. Mustafayev each year is granted to the scientists, engaging in Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and delivering truth on the conflict to the world community with irrefutable facts.
