Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

With the organizational support of the Institute of Manuscripts named after Muhammad Fizuli of ANAS and the Student Scientific Society of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA), the scientific-theoretical conference of students devoted to the 94th anniversary of the birth of the national leader Heydar Aliyev was held on the topic "Actual problems of Azerbaijan studies: Prospects ".

At the event, the rector of the ASUCA, Doctor of Art Criticism, Professor Farah Aliyeva, in her speech noted that the structure headed by her conducts serious scientific research not only in the field of skill, but also in theoretical knowledge. Recalling that the great leader Heydar Aliyev always attached special importance to spiritual education of youth, F.Aliyeva noted that these works are successfully continued today by the President of the country.

Speaking at the conference, the vice-rector for scientific and creative work of the ASUCA, Doctor of Philosophy in Art Studies M. Alizadeh, Doctor of Philology N.Shemsizadeh, Ph.D. in Philology N.Hasanzade, Doctor of Philology, Professor B.Khalilov touched upon the importance of the event.

The meeting continued its work in two sections entitled "Philosophical Foundations of Azerbaijan Studies" and "Modern Stages of Azerbaijani Culture".

At the conference, students and undergraduates from 14 higher educational institutions delivered their reports.

In conclusion, young researchers were awarded certificates and diplomas.
