Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Director of the ANAS Scientists’ House, PhD on History Nurida Guliyeva attended the opening ceremony of the World Science Festival. The event was held in one of the largest centers of scientific innovation in the world - New York. The Science Festival has been given a place to the latest scientific innovations, new inventions, high technologies, scientific and artistic presentations.

As part of the event, scientific and innovative events were held at Time Square, Brooklin Bridge Park, NYU Kimmel Center, NYU Global Center, Gerald W Lynch Theater, American Museum of Natural History, Columbia University.

By the participation of Director of the World Science Festival Judita Cox and the chief manager of Debra Nirino, the event held wide exchange of views regarding the future projections envisaged for the implementation of projects and innovative solutions.

Noting that, the Science Festival is planned to be held in Baku in 2018, J. Cox expressed confidence that interesting discussions will be held at the event and great progress has been made.
