Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

During the visit, leadership of China -Russia Innovation Technopark met with vice-president of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, academician Ibrahim Guliyev and head of the Department of Affairs of ANAS, doctor of political science Fatali Abdullayev.

Welcoming the guests, Ibrahim Guliyev, Vice-President of ANAS, spoke about the state's concern about the development of high-tech sphere in Azerbaijan. It was noted that a clear example of this is the creation of the High Technologies Park of ANAS in 2016 by the order of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Head of the Department of Affairs of ANAS Fatali Abdullayev noted the importance of introducing advanced technologies in all spheres. He stressed that strengthening state support for innovative investment projects had a positive impact on the growth of initiative among young people.

During the meeting, discussed the importance of expanding international relations in the sphere of high technologies. General Director of China-Russia Innovation Technopark, Zhang Zhenzhong, expressed his confidence that cooperation with Azerbaijan would prove effective.
