Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

The Central Scientific Library of ANAS hosted an event dedicated to the International Arabic Language Day.

The event, organized by the Center for Culture and Education of the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Azerbaijan and the Knowledge Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been dedicated to the Arabic language in the international arena, the development of artistic samples and calligraphy art in this language.

CSL Director, PhD in medicine Leyla Imanova said that her organization had been regularly cooperating with the Cultural and Educational Relations Center of the Egyptian Embassy in our country.

Ahmed Sami Eadi lined out that, the Arabic language is helping to strengthen intercultural dialogue and the development of different languages ​​in the world. The director of the center spoke about the importance of Arabic language in the Islamic world, richness of language.

An exhibition of the famous Egyptian poet Mustafa Mohammad Amri was demonstrated at the event.
