On April 1 was held next meeting of the Council of Young scientists and specialists at the main building of ANAS.

Opening the meeting, Chairman of the Council of young scientists and specialists , PhD in physics Famin Salmanov informed about the issues on the agenda .

Then, the Deputy Director of Institute of Genetic Resources , PhD in biology Mehraj Abbasov spoke about the European Commission's " Marie - Curie Sklodovskaya " and " Erasmus Mundus " programs. Chairman noted that the European Commission for the development of science and education devotes a significant amount each year . Various programs are announced due to the funds allocated. He said that through this programs Azerbaijani scientists have the ability to participate in Europe . Then, he made a speech on the sixth and seventh framework programs based on presentations.

Specialist of " Innovation " department of Central Office of the Presidium of ANASSamir Valiyev gave a lecture on theme “Baku Science Festival - 2014 “.

At the end of the meeting proposals were put forward about the logo of Council of Young Scientists and Specialists.
