Presidium of ANAS held a regular meeting of the Bureau of Division of Social Sciences (DSS) on February 27

At the meeting held with the participation of the Vice-president of ANAS, academician Isa Habibbeyli were discussed the results of admission to doctoral studies and dissertations on programs for the preparation of doctors of philosophy and doctors of sciences for the 2017-2018 academic year.

The meeting exchanged views on the themes of dissertations. It was emphasized that, when selecting topics, it is necessary to take into account the basic requirements and tasks facing modern science, preference for those having important social, economic and cultural-moral significance, etc.

In conclusion, was considered a number of personnel issues.
