Knowledge competition among students devoted to the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic

ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan History hosted competition among students devoted to the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic.

Studying the rich history of Azerbaijan, at the same time, the intellectual competition held in order to raise interest in museums and enlightenment the competitions was attended by students of the secondary school # 55 of Khatai district, 6 of Sabail district school-lyceum named after Tofig Ismayilov and No. 7 after M.Rahim

The questions of the competition were prepared in accordance with the "Azerbaijan History" subject program of the secondary school and scientific-exposition of the museum.

The questions by the lead participants were also accompanied by a slide in the monitor. The tours of the competition were held on topics such as "History and Events", "Identities in History", "Cities and Monuments", "How Do You Know National Museum of History?" The three teams consisting of six members - "Odlar yurdu", "Khazar" and "Sabah" participated in the competition.

The intellectuals' responses to the intellectual competition were evaluated by jury of scientific workers, headed by the director of the museum, academician Naila Valikhanli.

Winner of the Knowledge Contest was the team of Odlar yurdu, a full-school secondary school # 55 in Khatai district.

The winners were rewarded with NMAH’s "Family Ticket" as a diploma, a sophisticated edition of the museum and a special gift.

Finally, history teachers from participating schools expressed their gratitude to the organizers for their quiz on "History of Azerbaijan".
