Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan History hosted an event "Eternal Leader" dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev on May 7.

Director of the museum, academician Naila Velikhanli spoke about the glorious way of life and activity of national leader Heydar Aliyev. He said that strengthening of the independence of our country, ensuring economic growth and increasing its international reputation were possible thanks to the efforts of the great political and public figure.

N.Valikhanli also noted the importance of Heydar Aliyev's far-sighted policy in the development of science and culture in Azerbaijan, as well as in the successful activity of the museum.

Then, Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Elmira Suleymanova, talked about the genius leader's activity in the field of human rights restoration in our country and underlined the role of the national leader in the formation of national legislations. He noted that during the rule of the great leader Heydar Aliyev the systematic and systematic development of human rights has been laid, a number of important measures have been implemented to ensure the rights, relevant legislative acts have been adopted, decrees and orders have been signed.

Deputy Chairman of the Yeni Azerbaijan Party (NAP) Sabail District Organization Mukhtar Nagiyev told on the activities of prominent political figure Heydar Aliyev in the NAP's national party.

Chairman of Free Trade Union, Professor Habil Gurbanov has noted the invaluable services of the great leader in the formation of social and political stability in Azerbaijan, civil society and stressed the importance of studying the rich political heritage of prominent statesman Heydar Aliyev.

Then, was demonstrated documentary "Genious Personality" about the life and activity of the national leader.
