Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Young scientists and specialists of the Institute of Microbiology of ANAS held a competition called "Within the framework of the 100th jubilee of the Democratic Republic of Azerbaijan".

The goal is to perfectly define the history and activity of the Republic, to strengthen the enlightenment among young people, and to attract scholars to new research on this subject.

Opening the event, deputy director of the Institute for Scientific Affairs, Corresponding Member of ANAS Panah Muradov said that the event was organized within the framework of the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on holding the "100th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic".

Then the awarding ceremony of young scientists and specialists, who won the competition, was held.

The first place was awarded to the doctorate of the institute Aytan Safarov, the second place was awarded to doctoral students - Afsana Huseynova and Tunzala Abbasova.

The winners were awarded diplomas and money prizes.
