The book "Folklore's poetic uniqueness: environment, genre, tradition" has been published by the scientific worker of the Folklore Department of the Institute of Art, Language and Literature of Nakhchivan Division of ANAS.

In the new research, articles of folk literature have been widely studied in their scientific researches and articles have been collected by the author in different years.

The book contains information about the poetic uniqueness of the folklore environment in Nakhchivan, the specific features of the genres, as well as the tradition of the region's folk tradition. The publication also examined the place, nature and history of epics, proverbs and issues, bayatis, tales, folk dances and other genres in the region.

The head of folklore department, under PhD in philology Elkhan Mammadov and the senior scientific researcher of the department, PhD on philology Chinara Rzayeva's book is the most important scientific source for the Nakhchivan folklore study.
