Chief department of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS senior lecturer Alovsat Aliyev was in the scientific and practical business trip in Istanbul(Turkey). Business trip was held within the joint grant “ICT-2” project of Science Development Fund and Ministry of Communications and High technologies “The Analysis of Formation of Innovative and Information Economy and Development of Recommendations about its Development in Azerbaijan”. Main objective of business trip is studying of experience of the Turkish universities, and also acquaintance with activity of scientific and technological science and technology parks. Within the framework of visit held acquaintance with the main activities of Istanbul University, Istanbul Technical University and the Yildiz Technical University. During a meeting with General Director of Yildiz Technical University professor Makhmut Karamanli sides gave detailed information on structure of the organizations which they represent, and also about problems of commercialization of scientific researches, about new innovative technologies, about infrastructure of ICT, etc. In summary representatives of both organizations noted value of participation at joint conferences and seminars.
