Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

PhD in Geography Firuza Jafarova’s monograph "The Territorial organization of husbandry within the territory of Greater Caucasus in Azerbaijan" has been published. Director of the Institute of Geography named after academician H. Aliyev of ANAS, academician Ramiz Mammadov is editor of the book.

The monograph, consisting of three chapters, covers the theoretical and methodological bases of territorial organization and study of husbandry, historical and geographical stages of husbandry in Azerbaijan, modern territorial organization and other practical proposals were put forward.

The materials of the new publication can be used in the teaching of economic geography and agricultural geography of Azerbaijan, as well as in the preparation of state programs.
