ANAS Institute of Polymer Materials held constituent assembly of Young Scientists and Specialists Council. Director of the institute corresponding member of ANAS Abasgulu Guliyev opened the assembly and spoke about the care and attention of the government to the youth, and on implementation of their involvement into the science. Presidium of ANAS dated October 17, 2013 made a decision on establishment of Young Scientists and Specialists Council, he noted. Then, by ballot nominators were elected to the Young Scientists and Specialists Council. Council consisting of 11 individuals will be chaired by PhD in chemistrySevil Mashayeva, secretary – Ayten Aliyeva, deputy chair – Fatima Mustafayeva. Finally, deputy director scientific affairs Dr. Chemistry Valeh Jafarov congratulated the attendees and wished the young scientists successes in their activities.
