The article co-authored by the first vice-president of ANAS, director of the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry, academician Dilgam Taghiyev, employees of the enterprise - professor Akif Aliyev, senior researcher Vusala Majidzade and junior researcher Sevinj Javadova was published in "Web of Science" and "Scopus" was published in the“Russian Journal of Applied Chemistry”, which is included in the international database.

The study was devoted to the study of the composition of thin semiconductor layers of Bi2Se3 electrochemically precipitated, the effect of electrolyte and electrolysis conditions on the quality. According to the research, the optimal electrolyte composition and electrolysis mode were selected for the precipitation of thin semiconductor layers of Bi2Se3 with stoichiometric composition by electrochemical deposition.
