Professor of Emory University the U.S. delivered a lecture at the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry of ANAS

Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry of ANAS held a regular meeting of the Academic Council of this scientific institution on November 12. The event attended by the Director of the Center for Scientific Computing of Emory University the U.S., Prof. Jamaladdin Musayev, employers of the Institutes of Department of Chemical Sciences, Institute of Physics and Baku State University.

The meeting was opened by Academician-secretary of Department of Chemical Sciences, Director of Institute, Academician Dilgam Tagiyev, who informed the participants about the Center for Scientific Computing of the Emory University the U.S. It was noted that, the center carries out multidisciplinary research towards solving the urgent problems of modern chemistry. D.Tagiyev said that, the main purpose of the invitation of director of the center, Professor Jamaladdin Musayev to participate in the meeting is to establish relations of cooperation between the institute and center.

Then delivered a report by Professor Jamaladdin Musayev "Multidisciplinary and multi-disciplinary research in the field of new catalysts and process design."

There was an exchange of opinions on the report, questions were responded.
