Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

ANAS Institute of Philosophy held a regular scientific seminar. At the seminar, head of the Department of the Institute, Doctor of Philosophy sciences Fuzuli Gurbanov proposaled regarding the establishment of the Club of scientific discussion "Creative tolerance and convergence". The scientist said that in modern times there is a need in the organization that combines creative convergence tolerance and integration.

According to the speaker, the distinguishing feature of the club from the existing similar structures is its ability to voluntarily open the discussion in connection with the innovations taking place in all areas of modern science. Here, attention should be paid to the discussions in the humanities and social sciences, as well as the analysis of the theories of philosophy, sociology and geopolitics.

In his speech, F.Gurbanov, stressing that the philosophy of science is closely linked with the methodological tools developed in the framework of modern integrative scientific theories, brought to the attention that the philosophical analysis should be directly related to the research projects. This is one of the main directions in scientific discussion club "Creative tolerance and convergence".

He noted that, in terms of statehood Club attaches great importance to research, covering all spheres of modern sociology, but also focuses on innovations in the field of natural sciences. In this project, the scientists are able to discuss news, discoveries and inventions in the field of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, fuzzy logic and a variety of new synthetic research directions.

F.Gurbanov also put forward recommendations for the establishment of the club's structure and organization of its activities.

The extensive discussions and given answers to the questions were carried out under the project.

The meeting heard a report laboratory of the Institute of Hafiz Imanova "Global Risks 2017". The report commented on expert analyzes and forecasts the US "Stratfor" analytical center of the International Economic Forum of Davos, famous analysts of the Analytical Center "RCIA" Russia and others. The global risks established by them have been brought to attention.In the context of the expected risks in 2017 it was presented to the philosophical and synergistic analysis of the world system.
