On the eve of the 25th anniversary of the Khojali tragedy, ANAS officers visited the Memorial Museum of the Nakhchivan Department.

The museum are reflected exhibits relating to the 1905-1907, 1918-1920, 1941-1945, 1948-1953 and 1988-1994 years which plays an important role in the patriotic education of youth.

Here in different departments are shown documents and materials reflecting the genocide committed by Armenians in the Azerbaijani territories and the tragic murder of the victims, as well as valuable exhibits depicting the glorious way of life of the children of the Motherland, who gave their lives for the sake of the integrity of our lands.

Among the exhibits you can find information on the innocent people of Nakhchivan, has become a victim of the Armenian vandalism.

The museum has a special section contains exhibits relating to the most terrible tragedies of the twentieth century - the Khojaly tragedy. Information about the genocide demonstrated by photographs, as well as disasters which were subjected to the innocent people of Khojali tragedy by 366th motorized infantry regiment of armored vehicles and soldiers of Russia with participation of Armenians.

The museum also has exhibits that reflect the decrees and orders signed by national leader Heydar Aliyev, in order to prevent the tragic genocide committed by Armenian bandits against the Azerbaijani people, informing the world community of the historical truth, as well as activities undertaken in the field of bringing President Ilham Aliyev to the world community the truth.
