Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

On May 5, 2017 another issue of the newspaper "Science" was published, which is the printing organ of the Presidium of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

The new issue highlights the the materials dedicated to the presentation of the Gold Medal after Nizami Ganjavi and the nominal awards of ANAS at the General Meeting, timed scientific and scientific-organizational activities of the Presidium of ANAS in 2016, the conference "Genocides against the Turkic-Muslim peoples in the 20th century" in Lankaran and the address of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the conference participants, the II Republican scientific conference dedicated to Heydar Aliyev.

The newspaper provides information on the results of the elections held in full members and corresponding members of ANAS, information about the meeting of the General Assembly of the Union of European Geological Sciences held in the Vienna, Austrian, information on the participation of the delegation headed by the Vice President of ANAS, academician Ibrahim Guliyev, Devoted to the results of the 10-year activity of the supporting research of the advanced European scholars of the Research Council of Europe, held at the Tbilisi State University Ivane Javakhishvili and others.
