Division of Earth Sciences held the next meeting

ANAS Division of Earth Sciences held the next meeting with participation of division members and institute directors, chaired by Academic-Secretary of the division, Academic Fakhraddin Gadirov.

At the meeting, head of Tectonophysics and Geomechanics department Academic Hatam Guliyev delivered a lecture on “Eternal circulation paradigm of the world”. Academic in his report presented the foundations of a new scientific paradigm about the eternal cycle of the universe. He said that the previously proposed paradigms are based on primary and secondary human feelings.

Noting that matter consists of a material and free state, academic stressed that the obligatory free state is in an unlimited spatial form possessing a free energy potential. The material state, consisting of separate substances and parts of an independent space, exists in the form of physical, biological and information forms. G.Guliyev noted that the duration of the movement is an element of the information form of matter, and time is the order and use in the adopted form of quantitative indicators of the results of specific measurements of durations.

After the report was heard, discussions were held, questions were responded.

The discussion of the preparation of the doctors of sciences in the field of earth sciences and the state of participation of the institutes and organizations of the branch in the competition for the academic title of "Professor of ANAS" became the next issue on the agenda. After the discussions, an appropriate decision was made.

In the event on the occasion of May 28 - Day of the Republic, a group of Institute employees, differing in scientific and social activities, was awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Division of Earth Sciences.

Then a number of current issues were discussed.
