"Science and Education" publishing house published selected ghazals by a literary poet of Karabagh, poet Ibrahim Tahir Musayev, who lived in the end of the XIX and had a rich artistic creativity.

The scientific editor and the author of the preface to the book, prepared for publication by the poet's grandson Akif Guliyev, is the Deputy Director for scientific work of ANAS Institute of Manuscripts after Muhammad Fizuli, Doctor of Philology Pasha Kerimov.

Noted that, Mir Mohsun Navvab, who had great authority in the Karabakh literary environment of the XIX century, in the work "Tezkireyi-Navvab" had written that he was personally familiar with the poet, who was born in the center of poetry and art –Shusha.

I.Takhir, consistently published the poems and publicistic articles on the journal and newspapers issued in Baku.
