Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Director of ANAS Institute of Geography after academician H.Aliyev, academician Ramiz Mammadov attended the “round table”, held at Lankoran State University devoted to the “Science Day”.

Ramiz Mammadov told on the latest achievements of the scientific institution, research on priority areas, international relations of the Institute and publishing. He presented the 1st volume of the three-volume book “Geography of the Turkic World” and other publications of the Institute to the university administration.

Acting rector of the Lankoran State University, Professor Natig Ibrahimov expressed confidence that, an integrated approach to science and education will produce better results.

The event presented reports and papers on various areas of science, were held discussions.
