Next bureau assembly of ANAS Department of Chemical Sciences (DCS) was held at the Presidium of ANAS on December 9, 2013.

Opening the assembly with participation of bureau members and institute directors, academician secretary of DCS corresponding member of ANASDilgem Tagiyev informed about the issues on the agenda.

Making speech on preparatory works in regard reports of the department institutions for 2013, vice-president of ANAS acad. Tofig Naghiyev stressed out that, presentation of scientific-organizing activity, researches carried out in the sphere of chemical sciences, and obtained outcomes in the report at a high level are important.

Department report will be attended by institute directors attached to DCS, deputies, scientific secretaries, lab chiefs and Dr. sciences.

D. Taghiyev brought to attention that, DCS’s general annual report to be held on December 16, 2013 10am, at ANAS Institute of Petrochemical Sciences (IPP).

Bringing to the mind the partial changes in the structure of IPP, corresponding member of ANAS Vagif Abbasov noted that, institute intends to merge the 2 laboratories.

Also was decided to solicit for holding 100th jubilee of acad. Soltan Mehdiyev in international scientific technical action plan to be held ANAS for 2014.

Deputies of academician secretary, academicians Agadadash Aliyev and Vagif Farzaliyev, academicians Musa Rustamov, corresponding member of ANAS Abasgulu Guliyev and others were reported in the assembly.
